Ralph Nader said the Chevrolet Corvair is unsafe at any speed. So are you. Your walking pace is dangerous. Your security comes when you are completely still. Nothing whatever is happening at last. Nothing has absorbed you. Dōgen Zenji called this "Nothing but sitting."

  1. Safety drives the purpose of this's a frustrating backward sliding proposition. Yet everyone around seems to be willing to keep a stiff upper lip and forge onward. Am I a cry baby to turn to the Mother and nestle into the profound nurture of her open arms...arms that envelop everything? That's where faith comes in. This cry baby knows somewhere that being nothing is the most you can be!

  2. That is a very beautiful comment.
